Privacy policy
The short version. I collect only what I need to schedule, deliver, and follow up on your audit. I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Ask, and I’ll send you a copy or delete it.
What I collect, and where
When you book a fit call (Calendly)
Your name, email, phone if you give it, property location, bedroom count, and optionally your listing link and what prompted you to book.
When you fill in the intake form (Google Forms)
Contact details, the property address, your guest arrival instructions (never access codes), listing links, booking and calendar information you choose to share, your goals and budget range, and your choices about photos and testimonials.
When you pay (Stripe)
Stripe processes your payment. I see your name, email, and the amount paid. I never see or store your full card number.
When you email or text me
Whatever you include in the message.
When you visit this site
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and learn how visitors arrive — for example, from a printed flyer or from Instagram. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and basic device and browser information. I see only totals and trends, not who you are. There is no sign-up form and no advertising tracking.
Like any website, the hosting provider (Netlify) records basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How I use it
- To schedule calls and the site visit, and to deliver your review or audit.
- To send your invoice and keep business records.
- To follow up about your engagement.
I don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run this business: Calendly (scheduling), Google (forms, email, storage, and website analytics), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (website hosting). Each handles information under its own privacy policy. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Photos of your property
Photos from a site visit are kept as a record of the property’s condition. They are published only with your written permission, and never with the owner’s name or anything that identifies the property.
How long I keep it
For as long as needed to deliver your engagement and keep ordinary business and tax records, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, except what I’m required to keep for tax and business records. Email catie@yourfirstcoast.com, and I’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site and these services are for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
